What's the difference between Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination?
A Support Coordinator and a Specialist Support Coordinator are very similar however there are some key differences.
A Specialist Support Coordinator will be funded where there are additional high or complex needs in your situation.
Specialist support coordinators will support you to manage challenges in your support environment which may include health, education, or justice services.
Specialist support coordination aims to reduce barriers to implementing or using your NDIS plan.
We are a Specialist Support Coordinator but we also provide general support coordination.

We all have dreams but often do not know how to achieve them. We are here to brainstorm with you to assist you to realise yours. No matter how big or small, everyone has the capacity to make their dreams a reality, you sometimes just need the right support. You might have simple dreams of living in a cleaner home, or larger dreams of moving into an accessible house, of attending university or getting a job. It will often come as a lightbulb moment when you really take the time to look at different options and bang! you know what you want, you just need to explore different options on how to achieve it.
We do understand that it is not always easy, and you might make some choices that are not quite right for you, but taking that first step brings you closer to achieving the dreams that are specific to you.

'This is Jim'
A peek into the life, passions and friendships of Jim.
We absolutely adore Jim, he has such passion for life. Jim has had the good fortune to be provided with the tools, supports and hard yards to find his strengths and run with them at a time when the NDIS was only a pipedream. Our individual strengths are quite different person by person. What Jim's story shows us is that we need to stop, think and consider what our dreams are and to build upon those strengths and in doing so, find the passions that are untapped within us.
The true joy of the NDIS is that if your supports are planned well and the funds are used not only for development but also to embrace ability, they can provide experiences and possibilities for people to shine, sometimes from unexpected areas that may not have been considered. These possibilities were once only open to you if your family could afford it. We believe the next generation of children growing up with different needs and abilities will be stronger and more determined than anyone thought possible thanks to the NDIS.
